In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the ug123 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ug123 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus or promotional terms that may apply from time to time. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and ug123.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting ug123 support. Continued use of any part of the Platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

Access to and use of the ug123 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ug123 enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement across all products and services. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any Wager on the Platform.
2. Jurisdiction: ug123's primary service is directed at adult residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using an online betting platform does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
3. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal disability, guardianship order, or court restriction that prevents you from entering contracts.
4. Single account: You may hold only one registered Account on the ug123 Platform. Registering multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.
5. Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order placed by you or by ug123 on your Account. Attempting to register a new Account while under self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
6. Not a Prohibited Territory resident: You confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory as designated by ug123 from time to time.

To access ug123's full range of products — including the sportsbook, live casino, slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles, Bola Tangkas, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — you must complete the registration process at /ug123-login and receive confirmation that your Account has been activated.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, without limitation: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, national identity number (NIK from your KTP), email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles ug123 to suspend or permanently close your Account without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ug123 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. Any activity carried out using your credentials will be treated as having been authorized by you, unless you have notified ug123 of a suspected security breach prior to that activity.

ug123 is required to verify the identity of its Members before processing withdrawal requests and, in some circumstances, before approving deposit transactions above specified thresholds. The KYC process is designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other forms of financial crime.

Upon request by ug123, you agree to provide the following documents within the timeframe specified in the verification request:

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear, legible copy or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another recognized Indonesian bank, or an official government document showing your full name and current residential address, dated within the past three months.
• Payment method verification: Evidence that you are the registered account holder for any bank account (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP) or e-wallet (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to deposit or receive withdrawals.
• Source of funds declaration: For high-value Members or where requested in accordance with ug123's anti-money-laundering procedures, a declaration or evidence of the legitimate source of funds used for betting activity.

ug123 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is completed to ug123's satisfaction. ug123 also reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Members who fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a request being issued may have their Account suspended and their Balance held pending compliance.

All Account transactions on the ug123 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ug123 does not support foreign currency deposits or multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fee is charged by ug123; any foreign exchange costs incurred by a Member's bank or payment provider are the Member's sole responsibility.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

ug123 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to availability:

• Bank transfer (instant): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-wallets: OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. ug123 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees for which ug123 accepts no responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard processing time for verified Members is 5–15 minutes from the time the request is approved. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit funds into your Account. ug123 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

6.3 Suspicious Transactions

ug123 monitors all deposit and withdrawal activity for signs of money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, or other irregular financial behavior. ug123 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or permanently withhold funds where suspicious transaction patterns are identified, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

ug123 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free bets, tournament prize pools, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

1. Wagering requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the qualifying deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only. ug123 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion, including restricting bonuses to Members who have not previously claimed the same promotion type.
3. Expiry: Bonus credits and any winnings derived from them will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonus credits are forfeited without compensation.
4. Game contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Live casino games, sportsbook bets, and specialty games may contribute at a lower rate than standard RNG slots. The applicable contribution rates are specified per promotion.
5. Abuse: ug123 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings, and to close the relevant Account, where evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, using multiple Accounts, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms — is detected.
6. No entitlement: No Member has an automatic right to receive any bonus. ug123 may at any time withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.

All Wagers placed on the ug123 Platform are subject to the product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform (Sportsbook Rules, Casino Game Rules, Togel Rules, Bola Tangkas Rules, etc.). In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms shall prevail unless the product-specific rule explicitly states otherwise.

• Bet acceptance: A Wager is not valid and binding until ug123 has confirmed its acceptance and the corresponding stake has been deducted from your Account Balance. Bets placed during system errors, network outages, or other technical failures may be voided at ug123's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Wagers and are displayed within the relevant product interface. ug123 reserves the right to apply individual Member stake limits at its sole discretion.
• Odds and prices: Sportsbook odds are subject to change up to the moment a Wager is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds applicable to that Wager, unless the Wager was accepted in error (see "Palpable errors" below).
• Palpable errors: ug123 reserves the right to void any Wager accepted as the result of a manifest error in odds, game settings, or other material parameters. A "palpable error" is one that would have been reasonably apparent to a Member acting in good faith at the time of placement. Winnings from palpably erroneous Wagers will not be paid and any associated funds will be returned to the Member's Balance.
• Sportsbook — mix parlay and voor bola: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are available on eligible fixtures. Each leg of a mix parlay must settle for the parlay to pay out; one voided leg results in a reduction to the remaining legs. Voor bola outcomes follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules as published in the ug123 Sportsbook Rules.
• Live betting: In-play bets are subject to additional rules. ug123 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice, including during critical match events. Bets accepted during a suspension period will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ug123 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorized by ug123.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of coordinated wagering strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit must be reported to ug123 and will be voided.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ug123 staff or other Members via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to access any Account other than your own, or attempting to intercept, alter, or interfere with ug123's data, systems, or network infrastructure.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geo-restrictions imposed by ug123.

ug123 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, controlled environment for all Members. ug123 offers a full suite of responsible gaming tools that every Member may activate at any time directly from the Account dashboard or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and may only be reduced (tightened) with immediate effect; increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for any single login session. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place Wagers.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. ug123 will also suppress any marketing communications to a self-excluded Member.

All content on the ug123 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, game assets, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ug123 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without ug123's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content.
• Use any ug123 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without ug123's written authorization.
• Use automated scraping tools, web crawlers, or data extraction software to harvest content or data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of ug123's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your license and may give rise to legal claims for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ug123 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, with respect to the Platform and all services provided through it.

ug123 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss or damage, even if ug123 has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, savings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events, third-party payment provider failures, or telecommunications network outages.

Where ug123's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ug123's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

ug123 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ug123 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and ug123's servers. Member data is stored on secured servers and is not sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties except as required for operational purposes (e.g., payment processing via BCA, BRI, OVO, GoPay), to comply with a legal obligation, or with your explicit prior consent.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by ug123, subject to ug123's legal obligations to retain certain records. Data access and deletion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

ug123 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ug123 will provide reasonable notice to Members via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, no less than 7 days before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or by an urgent operational necessity (such as a legal compliance requirement).

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the effective date of the change. Any Wagers placed or transactions completed before the effective date will be governed by the version of these Terms in force at the time of the relevant action.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug123 is licensed and regulated internationally, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ug123, you agree to first contact ug123 support at [email protected] and allow ug123 a period of 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution procedures set out by ug123's applicable licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ug123 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent an ongoing breach of these Terms.
